We’re meeting up Thursday afternoon around 14:00 at the Natuurspeeltuin de Mergelhoof— our favorite playground in Maastricht! It’s always a fun spot with space to play, relax and connect.
There’s even a swimming pool if the weather allows (so maybe bring a towel and swimming gear, just in case 😉).
You can grab snacks, drinks, and ice cream at the café on site — or feel free to bring your own. There are benches and tables, but a picnic blanket might also be cozy.

A special yoga morning for busy moms and their little ones. A space for movement, breath, relaxation, and support — where both you and your child feel warmly welcomed and held.
These classes aren’t about perfection. They’re about showing up, being present, and embracing whatever the day brings.

Saturday Mornings
A new singing group designed especially for moms, guided by doula and singing teacher Ellen.
No experience needed, just come as you are.
We sing uplifting pop songs in a relaxed setting, and yes, babies are welcome! They can play, rest, or simply enjoy the music while you connect with your voice and other moms.

When it’s time to fill up your cup
This class is part of a gentle progression in our Hormone Yoga journey — and it’s a powerful one. We’re beginning to bring the full series together, with a focus on exercises that activate and energize the ovaries, improve blood flow in the pelvic area, and support overall hormonal balance.
We’ll also work with gratitude, breath, and visualization — practices that nourish the nervous system and awaken the creative, cyclical energy that lives within us.
